Having moved ship---it's time to start again! So, why not start with possibly one of my all time favourite medieval composers, "Guillaume de Machaut".
This is recent footage of "Trio Musica Humana" performing "Puisqu'en oubli" by Guillaume de Machaut. As some might know this is my favourite piece by my favoured medieval composer. The guy in the Tupac t-shirt though ...

Not quite sure where to post this, but this thread is as good as any since the hymn dates from medieval times. It`s not Christmas, either, and I`m not a believer in organized religion. However, just listen to the acoustics! The church is the Iglesia de la Encarnacion, a cathedral located in Montefrio, Spain. The singer is Malinda Kathleen Reese.
